I started to take walks in the morning at a local park for exercise and also just to wake me up. It has been rewarding as they seem to be better days. I already get up early why not go out and enjoy it. Walking down one of the trails that we take usually it goes through the woods where there is a little creek and this area of lush looking green ferns. It was 6:20 in the morning and just enough light for a picture.
