Rockefeller at Christmas

I went a few weeks ago to New York City for the weekend. It was Christmas time and really crowded but I enjoyed my stay. The bus round trip was $50 which is great considering what gas and tolls are. You can see the tree right at the bottom. It’s a tall tree but looks smaller next to bigger buildings.

Wizard Island

Wizard Island is the only island in Crater Lake and it is a cinder cone of the volcano that once stood there. The water is so blue there and you can see snow on the north sides and areas that are cast in long shadows throughout the day.  Hope you can go some time I only wish it wasn’t as crowded when I did.

Christmas Tree at the curb

I was walking around the streets of Richmond and came across this nice looking artificial tree already to go but it was mid October when it was at t he curb which through me off. Well now that Christmas is over the chill of January and February are on the way. Not generally my favorite time of the year.
