I went to the flood wall this year for the grand illumination. It was a slightly cool night but still non the less nice to be out. Richmond is a great city not to big or small. Hope everyone has a happy holiday!

Railto beach in Olympic National Park has some wonderful stones and pebbles along with large drift wood. These hikers are headingg north up the neach to better views that I wish we had the time to go up.

I woke up early in the morning on Yale Lake not to far from Mt. Saint Helens. I went out to see if I could get a long exposure. There was a light wind that made small waves which is giving it that look around the rocks in the water.

The Lan Su Chinese Gardens in Portland are a small oasis in the middle of a busy financial area of the city. It is one entire block and has a lot of authentic pieces inside from China. The pond did have a lot algae in it so it had a green hue. The tea was was wonderful to look at but we ended up having some food and tea at a restaurant across the street.

Surprising I did not spend much time taking photographs while I was in the City if Victoria. It was such a ncie day and to see Washington and the Olympic Mountains on the other side of the water was pretty cool. Lots of nice people in Victoria and my friend that was there gave us a nice tour of the city.
