Myself taking a self Portrait. I had come across this Yashica JP with a Yashinon 50mm f/2 lens at a store for a few dollars. It looked ok I cleaned it up a bit and this was from the first few frames. Shot with Delta 100 pushed to 400. Right into the mirror.

A Dog’s Eyes
This is a friends dog that gave me a chance by being still for a few seconds. His name is Ghost.

The Big Snow of 2017
We had a “Big” snow in Richmond back in January but it really wasn’t. It was a nice taste of Winter but with the weather the way it is going right now, spring should be around the corner. I write this February 21st and it has been in the 60’s recently. This snow was much appreciated as I like to walk in the city while the snow is there. It wasn’t a big snow so it didn’t last too long, luckily it stayed a few days because it was 20 degrees.

Some ice coming down the wall and freezing signs…
Part of our flood wall to protect the buildings…
The State Capitol of Virginia, already white and now with a white lawn…
Coffee shop uncovered the bench right out front of their door…
Thanks for looking…
Bikes Upsidedown
Walking through he bottom of the city I happened upon a pair of bikes. One right side up and one upside down chained to a tree. Not sure the reason but interesting never the less.

Snoqualmie Falls
Snoqualmie Falls is a popular tourist attraction, that’s for sure. Plenty of people were out there just to drop their eyes on it. Noticeable from the show Twin Peaks, it was only about 30 minutes from Seattle and there were a few stands along the road to with Rainier cherries. I regret not stopping and grabbing some.
