A Dog’s Eyes

This is a friends dog that gave me a chance by being still for a few seconds. His name is Ghost.

Developing film a few months after shooting it is like revisiting trips and have those “Oh yeah I took that…”. The trip to New York back in December was a nice little trip but found that it was very crowded back at that time of the year. I brought a film and a digital camera with me but I wish I brought just one as I was going back and forth with them.

The Big Snow of 2017

We had a “Big” snow in Richmond back in January but it really wasn’t. It was a nice taste of Winter but with the weather the way it is going right now, spring should be around the corner. I write this February 21st and it has been in the 60’s recently. This snow was much appreciated as I like to walk in the city while the snow is there. It wasn’t a big snow so it didn’t last too long, luckily it stayed a few days because it was 20 degrees.

Reflections

Going out after a good rain leaves some wonderful reflections on a lot of surfaces. When the sun breaks through the clouds the light shines and casts a lot of interesting shadows. I  think I want to capture more puddles and light on the future.
